The Incas in their prime
The Inca empire controlled all of the western part of the South
American continent between Ecuador and Chile in their height. The Incas had many local forms of worship, most of them concerning local sacred "Huacas", but the Inca leadership encouraged the
worship of Inti, the sun god, and imposed its sovereignty
above other cults such as that of Pachmama. Much like the other hispanic empires during that time, the Incas had a ruler that was said to be sent from their Sun god or a messenger from the god. The Incas had become a dominate empire as they continued to gain more land as a new emperor was chosen which continued on for about a hundred years before the Incas fell.

This was the area that the Inca had controlled at their most power, with different leader, different amount of land was controlled. The Incas were a big and strong empire that controlled the west coast of South America wih the different leaders and land until the Spanish came and wiped them out.
